About Our Sales Return Policy

Whenever you do something like purchasing one products, we have a Sales Return Policy to explain how you return a product. There’s a quick summary below. We want to simplify this, so you can make informed choices about your return, and then spend the rest of your time enjoying our products and services.

14 Day Handset/iPhone Return Policy (Except CRU Customer)

We promise to exchange or refund handsets/iPhones PURCHASED WITH ACTIVATION OR UPGRADE, for all handsets other than handsets sold as a “Closeout” item, up to 14 days from date of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All handsets/iPhones must be returned to the original place of purchase. Only one (1) handset exchange for another model is allowed within the 14 day period. Customer will receive a full refund, less restocking fees, provided that the merchandise is in “like new” condition with no visible damage. Original packaging MUST be accompanied by all original contents (handset, charger, battery, etc.) There will be a $50 service charge for each missing item. AT&T will waive early termination fees for all handsets returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Charges for wireless services, features, and applicable taxes and surcharges are non-refundable and will be billed.

Tablet/iPad Return Policy

We promise to exchange or refund tablets PURCHASED WITH ACTIVATION OR UPGRADE, for all tablets/iPads other than those sold as a “Closeout” item, up to 14 days from date of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All tablets/iPads must be returned to the original place of purchase. Only one (1) tablet/iPad exchange for another model is allowed within the 14 day period. Closeout Handsets

Closeout handsets cannot be exchanged under this policy – ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLOSEOUT HANDSETS if service is not being cancelled. In the event that service is being cancelled, closeout items must be returned. Returned closeout handsets must be in the original packaging in which the equipment was received and be in substantially the same condition when the equipment was received. If the equipment is not returned in the original packaging or the equipment is not in substantially the same condition in which the equipment was received, the customer will be required to purchase the closeout handset at the Suggested Retail Price listed on the invoice prior to completion of the service cancellation. All terms and conditions on this policy, except the 14 Day Return Policy and Handset Defective Exchange Policy, apply to Closeout Handsets.

Handset Restocking Fee

A $35.00 restocking fee will be charged per handset on all handsets returned or exchanged, regardless of reason for return (e.g. Buyer’s Remorse), unless the handset is found to be defective and is exchanged for the same exact item.

Tablet/iPad Restocking Fee

A 10% of Suggested Retail Price’s restocking fee will be charged per tablet/iPad on all tablet/iPad returned or exchanged, regardless of reason for return (e.g. Buyer’s Remorse), unless the tablet/iPad is found to be defective and is exchanged for the same exact item (OBF only).

IPhone Restocking Fee

A $35.00 restocking fee will be charged per iPhone on all iPhones returned or exchanged, regardless of reason for return (e.g. Buyer’s Remorse), unless the handset is found to be defective and is exchanged for the same exact item (OBF only).

Handset/ Tablet/ iPad/iPhone Defective Exchange Policy

Handset may be exchanged for the same model if the phone fulfills all of the following criteria: (1) The phone is returned to the store within 14 days of purchase (2) the phone has no visible signs of physical damage/water damage and (3) the phone is returned complete with all of its original contents in the original box.

Tablet may be exchanged for the same model if the tablet fulfills all of the following criteria: (1) The tablet is returned to the store within 14 days of purchase (2) the tablet has no visible signs of physical damage/water damage and (3) the tablet is returned complete with all of its original contents in the original box.

iPad/iPhone units may only be exchanged at Apple retail locations according to Apple’s terms and conditions relating to defective and/or DOA handsets. Please contact or visit an Apple retail location for more details. iPad/iPhone units may only be exchanged at My Wireless retail locations in the event of an Out of Box Failure (OBF) where the customer has not yet left the store; if the customer has left the store, the exchange may only be facilitated at an Apple retail location.

Accessory Return/Exchange Policy

We promise to exchange or refund accessories up to 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Only one (1) accessory exchange for another model or type (car charger, leather case, etc.) is allowed within the 14 day period. Accessories may be returned or exchanged for the same item if it fulfills all of the following criteria: (1) Accessory is returned to the store within 14 days of purchase (2) the accessory is in “like new” condition with no visible damage.

Bluetooth Headset Return/Exchange Policy

All Bluetooth headset purchases are final, whether purchased with or without wireless service. No returns and/or exchanges can be made for any reason. Defective Bluetooth headsets are only covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Retail Handset/Tablet/iPad/iPhone/SIM Card Purchases

Phones, Tablets, iPad, iPhones, and SIM Cards that are purchased at retail price without Activation or Upgrade are not eligible for return – all sales are final on these products.

Prepaid PINs and Starter Kits

Prepaid pins, cards, and starter kits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if opened or activated.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued based on method of payment. If the original payment was made via cash, regardless of dollar amount, refund will be issued via company check. Refunds for check/cash purchases have a 14 business-day waiting period.

Return/Exchange Requirements

Original receipt is required for all returns/exchanges. Items must be returned in person to the original place of purchase.
